This digital app, available for smartphones and tablets, helps distinguish between age-related memory changes and those linked to neurodegenerative conditions. By doing so, neotivCare supports the early detection of memory impairments associated with cognitive decline.
How does neotivCare work?
neotivCare is a mobile application for your smartphone or tablet designed to clinically assess your memory performance. It provides three types of memory tasks, which you can complete independently and at your convenience, all from the comfort of your own home.
The tasks involve recognizing differences between pictures or memorizing objects and scenes. After a short break, you will be asked to recall these objects or scenes. The app will send you reminders when the break is over or when it’s time for the next task.
You will complete the tasks once a week over a twelve-week period. This assessment period ensures a thorough evaluation of your memory performance. It also accounts for occasional bad days or mistakes, preventing them from skewing the overall assessment of your memory abilities.
