Ticket System

For processing and responding to contact and support requests, we use the customer support system Zammad Community, which is hosted on our own servers. In order for us to be able to answer your support request, your email address and the contents of your email are stored in the system. If you use the contact form on our website, your first and last name as well as your phone number (if given) will be stored. We use your personal data exclusively to process and answer your support request.

Your Rights

Hosting

The used hosting-services are needed to provide the following services: infrastructure services, computing capacity, storage space, databases, security services and technical support. These services are needed to provide you with this online website. By providing this service we and our hoster are processing inventory data, contact data, content data, contract data, usage data, meta and communication data from customers and visitors on the legal basis accordingly to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f DSGVO i.V.m. art. 28 DSGVO.

Usage of access data and log files

We and our host are collecting each access to this service which is hosted on this server accordingly to art. 6 par. 1 lit. f. DSGVO. We are collecting the file which is requested, the name of the website, the date and time, the transferred data amount, the successfully transferred message, the browser type and version, the OS of the user, the referrer URL, the IP-address and the requested provider. These access log files will be saved for a maximum of 7 days for security reasons. Data we need to store for evidence purposes are not affected from this 7 days period.

What We Collect and Receive

Usage data — when you visit our site, we will store: the website from which you visited us from, the parts of our site you visit, the date and duration of your visit, your anonymised IP address, information from the device (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser type) you used during your visit, and more. We process this usage data in Matomo Analytics for statistical purposes, to improve our site and to recognize and stop any misuse.

Cookies — we use cookies (small data files transferred onto computers or devices by sites) for record-keeping purposes and to enhance functionality on our site. You may deactivate or restrict the transmission of cookies by changing the settings of your web browser. Cookies that are already stored may be deleted at any time.
